Architects’ practice Bryant Priest Newman (BPN) specified the Rockfon monolithic render system for the new teaching areas. Phill Shepherd, RIBA Architect, BPN Architects explains why, “The challenge was to find a product that provided the clean aesthetic appearance of a plastered ceiling whilst providing higher acoustic performance requirements for the large volume teaching areas. The ceilings are fitted in the teaching spaces and drama studio. The spaces are designed to have clean lines with crisp detailing and ceilings which follow the undulating roof form.
